When you submit a demo request or general enquiry through our contact forms, we collect: your name, company name, job title, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
When you visit our website, our hosting infrastructure may automatically log your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and pages visited. This is standard server log data.
We do not currently use third-party analytics cookies or advertising trackers. If this changes, this policy will be updated and your consent obtained where required.

Demo request data: to contact you, arrange a product demonstration, and follow up on your enquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry you initiated).
General enquiry data: to respond to your message. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
Server log data: to maintain the security and performance of our website. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
We will never sell your personal data to third parties or use it for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent.
5. How long we keep your data
Enquiry and demo request data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of your enquiry, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Server log data is retained for up to 90 days.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct inaccurate data; request erasure of your data; object to or restrict our processing; and data portability.
